I live in the USA. I purchased this phone from my carrier AT&T about a year ago. It's also sold by Verizon. In both cases the phone is locked to those carriers if purchased from them. The phone functions well. But the battery life is not too good. If I use it heavily, I must charge it before the day is over. But most of the time it lasts all day, but not more
