Hello,
I have had Uhappy UP720 phone for 3 months now. My cousin set me up the rear fingerprint unlocking and now I have a problem, because the screen does not allow me to go through because of the wrong pattern inserted. I am trying hard and have tried already for about 100 times and it still does not work. I have also tried to reboot to factory settings but every time I turn it on again or try to recover it always asks for PIN code. I know my Pin code but then I have to show the pattern which does not recognize. Please help.
