Conclusions: I received the redmi 3s phone which is not working properly . every time we operate it gets switch off and some hanging problem .so we contacted the Ali Express team and I returned the phone to the shipping address that the Ali Express gave to me .and the dispute is opened we have submitted this proof below there is tracking id of the shipment to which the Ali Express gave to me..I already checked the process of the shipment it is delivered to the shipping address that Ali Express team gave.I COURIERED THROUGH DTDC IN INDIA THE TRACKING ID WAS N97496258,WHEN IT GOT TO CHINA IT HAS GONE THROUGH DHL COURIER service THE ALTERNATE TRACKING NO IS 306430361.THE PROOF OF THE THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO SELLER IS FURNISHED BELOW.SO KINDLY REFUND THE THE AMOUNT I PAID . NEARLY 40 DAYS I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK .PLEASE CONSIDER MY REQUEST AND REFUND THE AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT.

Advantages: Was really concerned ordering the handset from China after reading some reviews but this has surpassed all expectations - arrived in 11days from hong kong warehouse which is quite good I guess. Works well with Uk network (Tmobile, though O2 and gifgaff are not supported - check the frequency before ordering to make sure.) Really good value, definitely recommend, fast shipping, though the tracking updates are slightly delayed.
