Conclusions: Everything is working good as expected. But sound system is really had to be designed by professional people. Also when I use headphones I'm hearing clicks, it sounds like if amplifier switches to idle mode and wakes up each second. Though, I don't hear any clicks during music or video playing, only when it should be idle and silent. Also mouse has to be Bluetooth and don't occupy USB port.

Conclusions: Dear: I have received my TECLAST X5 PRO, but every time I turn it on, after a few minutes of use the screen or windows is frozen and nothing else can be done and it only goes out of that state by turning off the system or sometimes the blue error screen appears of windows 10 in which it indicates that an error has occurred, that it compiles the information to be sent later it will be restarted. I have tried many times to use it but every time what I tell them. I have spent a lot of money on the TECLAST X5 PRO and this is defective, please I ask you to help me to solve the problem since there is a lot of confidence that I have deposited to buy this expensive product in aliexpress so that when I receive it I find that it is defective and that can not be used. The situation is more dramatic if we consider that I have bought different accessories in aliexprees for my TECLAST X5 PRO like keyboard, covers, screen protector and pencil, which also have become an unusable cost.

Conclusions: I received everything but the pen was damaged because only the tablet was well protected. And it is a nightmare to prove it to the seller. Hopefully the tablet was not damaged. By the way the tablet is not good has I expected. The power supply is a piece of sh.... and the sound is a disaster....
