Conclusions: I live in Tokyo. I received it in two weeks after ordering. The front protective film is not peeled cleanly. But the mobile phone was a very good one.

Advantages: Great looking smartphone! This is a must for all SAMSUNG lovers because this is almost same as the Samsung S9+! It has everything! The only problem I experienced not about the phone but about import duties. I recommend this awesome smartphone (phablet) as you will use it everyday!

Conclusions: Quality is zero dealing with banggood is also bad.. Other programs less price and better in refound. Don't buy this phone it is the bad and what banggood tells is wrong

Advantages: i am from indonesia..i bought koolnee k1 from gearbest...i complain about after sales of koolnee ...i accidently drop my koolnee k1 and that phone is easy to break the glass..even it still can use but it was not comfortable for to see...i email koolnee service centre in china but still not get response..

Limitations: i still wait from koolnee how can i fix my phone cuz i just used only 1 month..i was looking tempered glass for koolnee k1 safety but i couldnot ger anywhere event in online store..so i hope that solution for me to get my phone fix ..thanks
