Conclusions: when I remove the metal plate at the back to insert the sim and memory card I notice that one of the hole on the metal plate is damaged! I am worry this will let water go inside! please see the attach image of the defect and send me the parts asap!

Conclusions: It is a good rugged phone, quite heavy but I wouldn't expect less with such a big battery. It does everything the description says it should. It has a very load sound. The fingerprint sensor is not the most sensitive, sometimes it misses readings when the hands are not perfectly clean or dry, but I can live with it. The screen is barely visible in strong sunlight. Overall I am pleased with the purchased, the phone is not for everyone but it does what is meant to do best, provides phone and Internet
