Advantages: the tablet is excellent ...

Limitations: in custom they told me the tablet does not meet the european standards like CE and remark me that the label of CE FcC and RoHS is affixed manually which is unlawful .

Conclusions: This is a nice tablet but wifi does not work. If you are in the same room as the access point and not farer than 4 / 5 meters, it is ok. Otherwise, you can connect to the access point but there is no traffic going through (even if surprisingly android will tell that there is a good signal). So the tablet is not usable (not working in my daughter's room as all other devices are working). The screen is nice. The battery seems to draw quite fast.

Advantages: The tablet is truly great, both under Windows 10 and Android 5.1. The screen is beautiful. I managed easily to update Windows to the Anniversary version. Battery life seems good and Wi-Fi not too bad. Great deal!

Conclusions: I bought X98 Plus II - C2D4 work great, I ordered in addition to USB 2.0 SIM Modem HSDPA Adapter 21Mbps 3G Wireless USB Dongle EDGE GSM GPRS UMTS Supported. On the Windows 10 works great, but I have a problem with the Android system is not recognized. I set ROOT and installed PPP app but nothing. Does anyone have a solution. Very important to me that in android Connect to 3G
