Advantages: For the price (without discounts and flash sales) its hard to beat the quality of this phone and the specs , mostly because it features a snapdragon good processor good price good ram reasonable screen resolution big battery

Limitations: shipped with unofficial rom. had to spend 30 minutes to flash back to original xiaomi in order to receive OTA updates

Advantages: very fast phone and excellent construction very strong all work fine!

Advantages: Good phone. Battery is strong enough.

Limitations: Google play services doesn't work very good in it. I had problems since I didn't updated it via play.google.com/store . It was written that Google doesn't work and I should update Google play services. I was in shock. Because email stopped and other Google programs. But I found a solution accidentally. If you have such kind of problem you should go to this site via Google and open Google play services program. And then it updates automatically.

Advantages: First time I buy any mobile phone from Xiaomi and the experience until now (2 months later) has been great. The mobile is fast, snappy, feels very nice in the hand and provides all that it is expected from it: great battery life (I do not use it very intensely, so it achieves 3 days with 1 battery charge with no problems), great performance, good and nice design, fingerprint reader works fine. It is just a great phone for a fairly low price.

Limitations: Only problem is that the "officiality" of the ROM coming with the phone is kind of a lottery. The first phone I bought came with a non-official Xiaomi ROM which worsened the performance of the phone, so a flash was necessary to remove it. However, I bought 2 further phones after the first one, as I was very happy with it despite of the non-official ROM (one for my brother and one for a friend) and the two of them came with an official Xiaomi ROM, so I don't know if a I got lucky the last times or unlucky the first one.

Advantages: Excellent quality-price ratio. Cover made of metal that gives it a fine touch. Good battery. If u want a low price 5.0 inch android phone this is the perfect fit

Limitations: 1 year warranty isn't enought. The sound while capturing some videos isnt good.

Advantages: Very good the sensor of digital impressions is very precise and the screen is fantastic

Conclusions: I am still full of awe for that little piece of device and its mother company. It is the best smartphone I have ever used, with the best UI (in the past I had many fears about it, like "no app drawer? wtf etc.), and 100% of the time smoothness with no single lag, never. I had 3 smartphones before Redmi, the last one was a flagship device (LG G2), but even though Redmi 3s outperforms all of them. Kudos, Xiaomi, for MIUI optimization (and for the great specs for such a reasonable price). If it comes

Advantages: No problems, good assembly, metal body, high-quality screen and components. Default MIUI 7, has a small problem with the play market, after the set 8 version everything was fine. Network catches well

Limitations: Not cons, only a long shipping :)

Advantages: This was the phone that made me just want Xiaomi smartphones from now on! Amazing for such a low price!

The language package was truly interesting. In an overall analysis it is a phone with a great cost benefit.

Limitations: Not truly a con, however the operational system is not the pure Android I was used to, so I had to take some time to change the language to portuguese. But after using it for some time I got used to it.
