LeEco Le Max2 - Comments

Conclusions: This is a new batch of LeEco Le Max 2 x820 phones. It is in grey, and it has LTE B20 support stated on the back of the box. The sticker says it's certified for use in Hong Kong. The phone comes with a UK charger (as opposed to the flat China/US one). Firmware version is 19s Stable (again, unlike older batches that shipped with 16s). Google Play is already installed. I have not found OTA, so it may not be there.

Conclusions: The phone arrived for six working days from a warehouse in Germany to Bulgaria. Well packaged. Everything works. Works fast, makes very good pictures. I am very pleased with the attitude of the seller. I am impressed with the work of the phone.

Advantages: Very fast delivery (2 weeks), through Netherlands (that is very important too). With a phone I've got an original LeEco earphones, EU plug adapter, silicon bumper, adapter for 3,5 jack-type C earphones. As I understand, I also have a protection glass on the screen. I use this phone only 2 days, and so far phone works very good! Very satisfacted!

Limitations: As I understand, phone doesn't support undate on air, but that is not seller's fault, but of LeEco at all. So, Android 6 (EUI 5.8.016S) is also enought.

Conclusions: This time around, the phone was stopped by the customs. Fortunately, the phone *does* have CE certification printed on the box, on the phone itself, and on the charging adapter. Other versions (e.g. x829) would not be allowed into EU without European certificate of conformity. This particular model has it.

Advantages: price. as advertised. DHL delivered was fast two day to USA (when seller handled to DHL). communication was good.

Limitations: item was not in stock at the time of purchased.took like a week yo be send.

Conclusions: [Good] This is the most cost effective 6GB RAM / Snapdragon S820 phone. This phone is support LTE B26 (in Japan, this is very important.) But, it seems B26 is sometimes could not use (Depend on OS?) [Bad] Battery is bit little. So, usage time is a bit short. Charger plug is not fit in Japan (need conversion plug). [other] This phone is already bootloader unlocked! So, easy to install custom recovery and customized ROM (Needless to say, do your own risk!)
