Conclusions: The product is the best cellphone I ever had. It is beautiful, fast, perfect quality... Came in a very fancy box, very safe.

Advantages: Reccommend 100% It is a very good product, fast shipping, very good communication and seller is so serious and responsible. I will buy more times with Gearbest, the best shipping webpage nowadays.

Limitations: I cannot find any cons of this order. I hope it has eu charger, but finally it is not posible. Maybe there is no 800 band of 4G, but for this price is the best option

Conclusions: Pros: Great phone, great price, arrived fast enough. Paid for it on 20/01, it was dispatched on 03/02 and arrived in the mail agency on 03/03. Really good job Cons: So, I specifically requested the EU adapter. The seller even confirmed it with me and I thought it was clear, but I received the US adapter. Now i'll need to use an adapter on it everywhere I go, which sucks, because the charger itself is fairly big already. Besides, I had to pay R$289,00 as a tax in Brazil, which definitely not DX's or the seller's fault. But i'd rather pay for it and have the invoice with the actual value of my purchase instead of R$10,00. Please, look at the cons as a constructive feedback for you, not as a critic, in order to improve the communication between seller and buyer. Thank you very much.

Advantages: Great phone, packed with lots of great features, including the overwhelming 6GB of RAM which might sound like too much, but they're absolutely useful if you install lots of "energetic" apps like Facebook, Messenger and so on. The overall quality, the convenient price and the great user experience are added value which should convince you to buy the OnePlus 3T.

Limitations: Maybe the photo quality is not as great as Samsung phones but in general is not bad at all

Conclusions: Very very satisfied with this seller! The package arrived in less than 2 weeks after shipping (3 weeks total after placing the order). The phone arrived just as was the order, they were very friendly, we had very pleasing communication. Last but not least, they included a ton of other gifts and goodies that I wasn't aware of! A phone holder, protective phone case, couple of screen protectors... All in all, I highly recommend this seller! P.S. the phone is not in the pictures because I used it to take the pictures :)

Conclusions: my worst alixpress buying experience ever.... phone's original price I have payed on "Black Friday" event was $534. On the next day the price dropped by the same seller to $479, while others store's prices was around $445. The seller refused to explain this "Black Friday" promotion price... As I received the package I was asked to pay customs additional $125... I opened dispute on this order, but Alixpress team requested to provide evidence for extra charge, AND I DID! but for unknown to me reasons, the dispute results were - "Invalid" for me and valid for the seller, with final notes - we released payment to the seller, please pick up the package, so you will not loose it.... The seller promised to refund the $125, but keeps on ignoring me.... Bottom line - seller is not so honest..... keep away!!!!!

Advantages: Dash charge is just awesome! Battery life is also great!
