First and the most important: finally, I got my Xiaomi vacuum, device is working perfectly. 2. After few days since order was paid, the seller supplied me with non-working DHL tracking number and told me that item was shipped. More then 10 days he tried to assure me that number will change and everything will be OK. 3. Then seller gave another number with just one tracking event "shipping information received", and no new events was appeared within 3 days. After that I opened the dispute and new number became traceable immediately. After few days I got my vacuum, and it is working perfectly. I don't know what kind of problems seller was faced during that shipment. He didn't share the real information, just played for time.
