Shipping is simple as they provide with you a tracking number and the speed of shipping is excellent. However, I did have problems with the UPS Carrier with delivery so I would be careful with choosing a carrier depending on where you live. The packaging is excellent as the phone came in one piece and nothing was broken in shipping. Everything that was displayed in description has come with the packaging and very accurate. Conclusions: The cell phone is really beautiful and works very well the only problem is the customized ROM that makes some apps like the camera don't work very well. The delivery was fast and the product has quality.

Conclusions: Came in reasonable date with google apps built in. OS is changed because pure nubia os doesn't contain google apps. I have installed Facebook messenger but it didn't work properly (I hadn't received message notification before I changed permissions). So you need to manually change permissions of some programs installed from play store to enjoy this phone (for messenger i picked screenshot, now it works excellent). After phone restart play store may not work properly, just enable airplane mode for 1-2 minutes then try again (play store starts working as before). After watching reviews of nubia z17 where all say that google apps are absent and we have to reinstall os to install gapps, i have disappointed from nubia z17. But here we have google apps and if they refuse to work we can enable airplane mode and reenable there proper work. Also check permissions from apps menu in settings before say nubia os is very bad. Phone design is brilliant, everything is fine.
