Conclusions: If you are wondering if this hobby is for you there is no better way to get your feet wet. Easy to fly great video a pleasure to own. Take care and maintain this quad and you can expect hundreds of hr of fun .

Advantages: Small drone, pretty agile, has altitude hold and nice looks. Video and/or photo can be controlled via dedicated keys on the remote. Also, has USB port for charging, dumping SDcard contents to PC, so no need to remove the SDcard itself. It can stay inserted for ever.

Limitations: Tends to drift easily, even with no wind. Altitude hold is not as smooth, drone wobbles inside a 30cm margin (goes a bit up then goes a bit down). Funny item, though. Warning: No props protector inside, so keep it away from kids, pets, furniture etc. Its main use seems to be aerial photography in an open and unobstructed space. Battery has a capacity of 520mAh, giving a flight time around 7-8 mins and it is removable in a dji phantom like way (a bit overpriced compared to common 500mAh lipos, though).

Conclusions: seems to be a good learning quad. expert mode a bit twitchy but should be able to adjust levels for what I’ve read.

Conclusions: If you would like to learn how to fly a drone then this little chap will help you along the way. In the first few days i hit brick walls, Concrete floors, broke at least 18 sets of blades, lost the rubber feet, smashed the camera and this little guy still keeps flying. This has been a fantastic drone to learn on, just buy extra batteries and heaps of the black and white blades. And most of all have a bucket load of fun.

Advantages: Good flyer (in no wind conditions) with GPS. I have bought this dron in December 2017, and this version is without headless mode. If you take a look on youtube, you can find videos from June 2016 and November 2016 with version of Hubsan X4 H502E, which has a headless mode. I don't know why the newer version is without headless mode. However, I should say that the headless mode is not mentioned by seller in item description, so everything is ok.

Limitations: I miss flip function. On the other side, this quad is primarily intended for filming. It is not very stable very stable in the wind.

Conclusions: I wont waste everyones time by retyping all the praise in the other reviews. The only reason I didnt give it a full 5 stars is that it is way too fragile for what it is meant for. The main body for one of the arms broke on the 2nd flight. It only fell from about 3 feet and landed on pile carpet. NO WAY it should have broke. Fortunately the bottom half of the body is still fine and gives the arm enough support that it is still flyable. Replacement parts are cheap on the internet so I'm not too broke up about it. (Already ordered a new body) But if I was a younger person with limited cash, I'd be upset.
