Conclusions: I received it in 20 days, seller communication is super, answer fast and answers everything you need, the product is super, I tried it, no worries, no mistakes, the pen working 100%. I upgraded the tablet windows to the latest and it went faster. The battery decrease like (neither fast or slow)

Conclusions: The Android side works fine, but the Windows 10 has got serious problems and won't boot up. I am very very unhappy indeed. I expect Banggood to sort this out. Now, please! It was supposed to be a Christmas gift to someone.

Conclusions: The Windows 10 shows a BSOD always for each 10 minutes and reboot spontaneously. I have had a bad experience and did not installed any software. The Chuwii support site is very confusing since they offer a firmware replacement for many models in the same link. I am still trying to make it working stable, but no success at all. Will try to update the new fall update soon and see what happen.

Conclusions: fairly good. Windows 10 are very power consuming , Android is ok. speakers are not very good, sound is distorted in the loudest setting. Overall good for its price.

Conclusions: The reason being they do put an effort in protecting the item for shipping. As for Chuwi Hi12, I received the one that requires a Hipen H1 which is the older batch. The problem is that Hipen H1 is no longer in productions so if the buyer wants to use a stylus with the Hi12 better buy another model like Hi13 that uses Hipen H3. Another disadvantage is there is a dead pixel in my Hi12. Just one so not a show stopper or any. The advantage of retail shopping is you could test the purchase unit to spot

Conclusions: I have had problems with the Stylus Pen, it is not compatible with the tablet. I have tried to talk to the store and for 10 days I have not received any response from them. What kind of after-sales service is this? 10 days without answer, tired of waiting. The problem is that the stylus pen, does not work with this tablet. Yes it works on the Chuwi H12 of a friend, but not on the one I bought myself. After reviewing the antics and the back of the tablet, it turns out to be compatible with the Hipen H3 stylus. But they sent me a Stylus Hipen H1. I try to talk to the seller but he has not answered me for 10 days, to try to come up with a solution. ----

Conclusions: Tablet itself is good, fast delivery, well packed. There are some manufacturing issues though. The back cover is concave at those places where keyboard should be connected (it should have been ideally straight). There is a gap between screen frame and back cover near USB sockets which constantly appears again after you try to push at the frame to fit it in.
