To the audio device has to be restarted . Picture quality is really impressive . Performance is good . I am happy with it . DHL delivered me within three days to me . Conclusions: After one and a half month searching for budget tablets, the Chuwi hi12 was my best choice and the second was the Chuwi Surbook. But I dont regret buying the chuwi hi12. Its not a tablet with high specs but the size, the 2 usb ports with OTG (On the go, just connect a mouse/keyboard and use it) make it perfect for taking notes, adjustig documents, sheets and presentations. Good things: Cheap, good touch response, great speed when not multitasking, has Windows 10, 2 usb ports, great design, not so

Conclusions: I'm finding the tablet well built the improved keyboard, responsive, the ports accommodating my requirements, the battery life good and the screen is great ! I was hoping I'd be able to use the Android version of the Adobe video editing program, but it's not compatible with tablets. I wish the SD Card slot was seen as a real drive in Win 10, but I've found ways around it. I've almost filled up the internal 64 GB, and have an Extreme 128 GB SD micro-card helps considerably. I'm still looking for a way to dial down the sensitivity of the mouse pad, and adding an external mouse has been a successful solution. Now having used this tablet and it's cleaver keyboard attachment for about a month now, I highly recommend it. When researching tablets, I couldn't find a domestically made devise that provided the options I needed and this one does, and it's processor is much faster than I anticipated and quite acceptable. Great Tablet !

If there hasn't been for the extra packaging the tablet would have surely came broken. First impressions are positive. Amazing screen very good sound quality easy and fast boot for both windows and android no chinese bloatware anywhere to be seen battery seems very good and everything fast and responsive The only thing that maybe wasn't perfect for me was the build quality8/10
