Conclusions: has arrived. Congratulations to the seller who always kept in touch with me and careful with the material. It came very well guarded and veiled. The post office took a long time but it was worth it even because the seller kept frequent contact being careful. thank you.

Conclusions: Tablet arrived very fast, ordered on Sunday and arrived on Thursday. Everything comes very well packaged and the products have good quality. Tablet and keyboard working properly. However the keyboard came with 2 small defects on the top, maybe from the friction. They are small and do not interfere with anything, so I left as it is. seller told that was going to send a free gift to compensate. Overall is a very good tablet for the price you pay and the delivery was really fast.

Conclusions: Rating the transaction: The product is exactly as expected and published. Delievery was extremely fast (4 working days) and via DHL, so all very professional. Packaging was good and the tablet arrived safe and without damages. Rating the product itself: I knew in advance the limitations of the tablet and I knew more less what to expect. Before buying this tablet I recommend analyzing really all pros and cons. It depends what you need to use it for,. For basic usage of navigation, watching movies and using it as a very basic computer, it's perfect. Beyond that, you'll have serious limitations. All in all, 1 week after purchase, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Conclusions: i bought this chuwi HI 10 pro. It took three weeks for dilivery and they send it to a pickupcenter instead of my house. they packed it well. when i started the laptop and followed the setup and tried to login on Google it wouldn't connect and a pop up on the screen says that there is no connection. i searched on the internet for solutions And tried multiple tips and instructions. After all It did not succeed. I tried to contact the seller multiple times but they dont give any feedback or reaction at all. I am lucky that I bought this laptop with my Visa Card. Because I'm Gonna Get my money Back!!! Chuwi hi10 Pro... Never ever ever ever ever ever ever Again!! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT WITH THIS SELLER!! Mitchell from the Netherlands

Conclusions: Why I choose to buy from this store is that they are authorized by Chuwi to sell their product and it did not disappoint me. For me, the delivery is fast, much shorter than I had expected. I love the way that it is being packed – sturdy and well packed. Both system and keyboard works well. For a dual-boot device and at this price, I would consider it as value for money. Seller is responsive and thank you so much for the good follow-up. High Recommended.

Advantages: First of all, I would give a thumbs up to the build quality since it's too good at this price point. The device feels premium although a little bit too heavy. Another good point is the screen, which has excellent quality and viewing angles, it's perfect for media consumption. When it comes to software, Windows works perfectly fine and much better than I expected, Android it's just right but there is something else about this I'll add later. I/O and audio wise it's fine but maybe a full usb port would have been really useful, instead the micro USB.

Limitations: There is a problem with the touch panel itself. I don't know whether it's a hardware or software problem, but the panel blocks or struggles to recognize very quick repeated double finger taps. This was a complete turn down for me, since I wanted to use it to play rhythym games on android and this just makes it an impossible and frustrating experience. Maybe the chuwi hibook pro with the laminated 2k display it's a much better option for gaming, but I don't know if it has the same issues as this one.
